Priscila grew up with fitness being a lifestyle, and throughout the years she has found how many different styles of exercise and recreational activities bring optimal health and value to her life. Her passion for fitness began as a young girl in sports and continued through college, graduating with a Bachelor's of Exercise Science from the University of Houston.
Priscila is a well-rounded coach who continues to explore different avenues of wellness as she understands that optimal health is not a one size fits all. She has been coaching group classes and individuals for over 6 years specializing in different areas such as pre- and post-natal training, indoor cycling, boxing, muscle activation techniques along with functional and strength training.
