Both our Heights and Eado locations are open Monday - Thursday from 5:00am to 10:00pm, Friday from 5:00a to 9:00p, Saturday from 7:00am to 7:00pm, & Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to use the gym facilities. Members between the ages of 13 and 17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver and be present for each visit. This applies to open gym or for classes.
Yes, locker rooms and showers are available for use. Please bring your own lock for securing your belongings in the lockers and your own towel and bath products.
Yes, there is ample parking available for members and guests at both of our locations.
Please scan in at the front desk every time you come in. If you are attending a class and have not signed up via our Facet Seven app, please let the front desk attendant know so that they can sign you in.
Please return your weights where they belong.
Dumbbell racks are color-coded to help you know which dumbbells belong on which racks. We have labeled all the weight trees so you know where the weight plates go, which allows all pegs to be used. Otherwise, not all the plates will fit. The collars fit perfectly out of the way on the arms of the benches.
Please, please, please wipe down benches, mats and equipment after use. Our cleaning crew and staff work hard to keep everything as clean as possible, and even so, we need your help keeping our gyms top notch. It only takes a second, and we provide spray bottles and paper towels throughout the gym.
Our membership cap allows us to say we always have equipment available. If you are working out during a peak time, please be mindful of others wanting to use the same equipment as you. Don’t tie up a bunch of equipment at once or text in between sets. Be willing to let others work in.
Please don’t drop weights (any kind of weights, anywhere in the gym). For those lifts requiring drops, we have bumper weights.
Ask for a spot if you need one. We’re all friendly and willing to help. Also don’t be afraid to ask how to use a piece of equipment or do an exercise. We have plenty of trainers and knowledgeable staff who can give you a quick spot or overview.
Yes, it is recommended that you bring your own towel for personal use. However, towels are available for purchase at the front desk if needed.
In an effort to reduce waste, we encourage everyone to bring a reusable water bottle. We have water dispensers that are able to fill any size bottle or cup. In the event that you forget, we sell bottled water and Facet Seven squirt bottles that you can reuse next time you come in.
We have a selection of shirts and other Facet Seven apparel as well as supplements available for purchase at the front desk. Our supplements are all natural, and each product was thoroughly researched and approved by the Facet Seven team, so rest assured it’s a quality product. If we wouldn’t use it, we won’t sell it!
Yes, we offer personal training! Click here to learn more about personal training or inquire at the front desk for more information and to schedule sessions with a personal trainer.
Yes, we offer a variety of group fitness classes. Please check the schedule for class times and availability.
Please arrive on time. We don't want to interrupt the class after it’s started. If you are more than 10 minutes late to a class, you will not be allowed in. There is a fee for not showing up for a class. If you know you can’t make it after you’ve made a reservation, make sure to cancel as soon as possible in the app or by calling the front desk to avoid this charge.
Yes, members are allowed to bring guests at 50% off per visit. Guests must create an account in the Facet Seven app and sign a waiver before using the facilities.
Memberships can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice. Please click here to manage your membership or contact the front desk for assistance.
