FACETS is an acronym for a six-level program consisting of Flexibility (F), Agility (A), Core (C), Endurance (E), Toning (T) and Strength (S).
45mins, Heights
ABC is a low-impact class focusing on toning the arms, glutes, and core. The format of the class varies and may include timed sets, accumulations (1 rep, then 2, then 3, and so on…or in reverse order), or AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible of a set of exercises done in a certain amount of time). This class is a great complement to cardio-only classes.

Barre is a full body workout that combines elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. These techniques are designed to firm, tighten, and tone muscles and re-align the body without adding bulk. This helps to create balance, good posture, body awareness, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. The structure of the Barre class keeps the heart rate elevated with motivating, up-beat music and brisk, dynamic, low-impact movements – all the while burning calories and fat and simultaneously building lean muscle mass.

Feel the beat, move your feet, and ride the rhythm! Indoor cycling doesn’t have to be boring! Get ready to tap it back and push it down in this high energy class. Designed to engage your entire body, rhythm ride will blast fat, burn calories, and help you to achieve increased cardiovascular strength and endurance in just 45 minutes. This class is fueled by pulse-pounding music to help charge your workout. Leave class feeling strong, invigorated, and empowered.
(Cycling shoes are recommended, but not required. Bikes have SPD pedals. We do not provide cycling shoes.)

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

Step is a medium-high impact cardio class that includes up-beat music, creative choreography, and tons ‘o fun! You’ll use a platform (bench) and risers as you learn and execute choreographed routines that change often and challenge the mind and body. The impact and intensity of the workout can be increased or decreased depending on the height of the platform and/or the intensity the participant desires. This class is a great complement to strength-only classes.

Yoga focuses on the mind and body and involves breath control, simple meditation, and static and/or dynamic poses. Our yoga classes are open to all levels, and those new to yoga are always welcome. We offer the following styles of yoga:
Ashtanga Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa Yoga connects breath to movement through a sequence of poses that flow together. The class begins with a warm-up to build internal heat, followed by a variety of standing and balancing poses. It concludes with stretching and challenge poses (i.e. arm balances, inversions) - although challenge poses may also be incorporated into the flow. The sequence is different each class, allowing the instructor to be creative and the students to be consistently challenged. All levels, modifications and variations offered, usually more intense and sweaty.
YOGA SCULPT: Tone, sculpt and sweat in this strength-based vinyasa yoga class. This class is a combination of power yoga with deep stretches and strength training using light weights and dynamic bodyweight exercises. You will leave feeling strong and energized!
