“Jasmine “Coach Jas” Rhodes comes to us originally from Mobile, Alabama. Prior to her coaching career she was a division 1 Student -Athlete playing basketball at Louisiana State University (2013-2017). Shortly after her collegiate playing career she began coaching. She’s spent the last 10 years working on her craft as a strength and conditioning coach on the high school, collegiate, and professional level. She has spent majority of her time coaching within the collegiate realm at institutions such as LSU, Auburn University, & North Carolina A&T State University to name a few. She’s worked with a wide variety of sports and athletes ranging from football, basketball, softball, track & field, to bowling and even equestrian.

Since being in Houston, TX she had the opportunity to coach for the XFL in 2023. Working with the Arlington Renegades and the Houston Roughnecks. She became the first female strength coach to win an XFL championship in 2023. Prior to the league she’s been she doing online and in-person personal/ group training. Currently she holds the a new position as the sports performance coordinator and coach at Episcopal High School here in Houston, Texas. She’ll also teach morning S&C classes here at Facet Seven Eado.

Jasmine is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). She’s also personal training certified through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
