Priscila is a certified Group Ex instructor with over 7 years of experience helping people overcome their fears and achieve their wellness goals. Priscila understands the struggles of balancing work and personal life and is here to help achieve balance and success while delivering high quality classes including strength, HIIT, and cycling.

Priscila's interest in fitness began at a very young age as she grew up in sports. After graduating from the University of Houston with an Exercise Science degree, Priscila decided to immerse herself in different fitness modalities as a challenge including cycling, martial arts, indoor climbing, yoga, running, and more, discovering an endless pursuit of knowledge in each area. Finding different ways to challenge her physical limitations has been very humbling yet satisfying.

Her mission is to share her passion for fitness with her community with the intention of increasing self-awareness and fulfillment in the process. Priscila enjoys spending time in nature, meditating, reading and believes movement is medicine.
